Booking : accepting clients¡¯ booking assignment; clients can use fax or on-line booking
Booking content: on the booking form there must be the contents such as consignee, notifier, container type, volumn, item, gross weight, marks, measures, cargo name, payment term, operation requirement,clearance3, insurance etc.
Booing confirmation: booking, confirming shipping schedule and closing day, arranging shipping,
Operation arrangement: we will notify the client the warehousing address, accepting time, trucking and stacking requirements
Clearance and declaration: we will finish the clearance, commodity inspection, fumigatioin, animal and planting inspection, sanitary inspection etc.
Document making: checking B/L contents with the clients, issuing seaway bill or house bill, collecting freight and drawback.
Settlement: collecting freight and drawback
