1997-2000 Purchasing the vessel DA MAI YU with DWT 7,500 ton, DA MAI
YU 1 with DWT 6,250 ton, SINOCEAN with DWT 10,500 ton and
WANHUA 6 6,720 tons and HUIYANG 14,755 ton sailing between
Intra-Asia ports and Chinese ports. Meanwhile, SINOCEAN
become dedicated to the involvement of Ship Management, dedicated to be TRANSPORTATION EXPERT

May 2000 Established a Quality Management System to improve the service quality and management level, meanwhile, a technically advanced Freight Management EDI System (FMS) was introduced into SINOCEAN.

Feb 2001 A joint venture logistics company (Guangzhou MR Logistics Co Ltd) was founded headquartered in Guangzhou, compromises a total of 15,000 SQM warehouse in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Ningbo and in future will extend to other main China cities to set-up Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) to provide our royal
customers with storage, consolidation, processing and distribution to destinations.
